The American Manifesto is a catalogue of quotations from the most radicalized, prolific voices across all of modern American history. Each of the quotes centers the concept of one's right to sociopolitical freedom, identifying systems of oppression (ranging from those deemed to be politically righteous to the abhorrent) as a base platform for institutional criticism. The catalogue juxtaposes ideologies in a way that forces the reader to consider its alternative readings.
