To celebrate the show's season finale, we created a contactless drive-in experience transporting movie-goers into the world of Lovecraft Country. The event included immersive elements like a fictional 1950's radio station, era-themed fake ads and billboards, a contactless snack kiosk with custom lunchboxes, masked and socially distanced elements, and narrative surprises like spellcasters performing rituals to send off fans as they exited the drive-in. 
The onset of Covid‑19 made traditional in‑person events difficult to facilitate safely, so we worked to create a memorable fan experience that honored the period-rich essence of Lovecraft Country while ensuring safety for attendees. We worked with several creative partners to create 50's-inspired billboards leading to the drive-in entrance, designed a lunch pail complete with Lovecraft-themed snacks, custom signage, and way-finding to capture the world of Lovecraft at every touchpoint.
